Sub: Sarngadhara Samhita – Studies and Usages
Sarngadhar Samhita is a famous Ayurveda text written by Sharngdhar.  It was composed in the 12th century with three sections. Shri Sharngdharacharya has collected the content of this book from the ancient scriptures (Charak and Sushruta Samhitas and some alchemical texts) and presented it in essence. There are at least three commentaries on this book by Hari Swami, Sayan and Kavindra available. Sharngdhar Samhita is an important Samhita of Laghutrayi . The subject matter of Ayurveda in this Samhita has been taken from Charak Samhita and Sushruta Samhita
